At Dinosaur Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier or drop it at a local collection point, keeping your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
